These terms apply to services provided by Extreme Property Recovery ("we", "us") to you, the client. By accepting a quote or booking our services you agree to these terms.
Quotes & pricing
- All work is performed under a fixed quote agreed before work begins. The quoted price does not change unless you request additional work, or conditions materially different from those disclosed are discovered — in which case a variation is agreed with you before proceeding.
- Phone and photo-based assessments are free. On-site inspections are free where you proceed with the quoted work; otherwise a $220 call-out fee applies.
- Guide prices on our website are indicative only and do not constitute quotes.
Scheduling & surcharges
- Standard hours are 7:00am–4:30pm weekdays. Emergency and after-hours response is available 24/7.
- Weekend work attracts a $200 surcharge; public holidays $350; scheduled work outside standard hours $350. Surcharges are included in your fixed quote where applicable.
Payment
- Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.
- For deceased estates being sold, deferred payment until settlement may be available by prior written agreement.
- Card payments may attract the processor's merchant fee.
Belongings, valuables & waste
- We sort as we clear. Money, documents, jewellery, photographs and identifiable keepsakes are set aside and returned to you.
- Items you approve for disposal are removed and taken to appropriate waste facilities. Donation of usable goods is made where practical.
- Once disposal is approved and completed, items cannot be recovered.
Access & safety
- You warrant that you have authority to engage us for the property. Our team may pause work where genuine safety hazards arise, and will agree next steps with you.
Photos
- Photos you upload through our enquiry forms are stored securely and automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Before/after photos of completed work are only ever published with the owner's written permission and with identifying details removed.
Liability
- We hold full public liability insurance and our staff are police-checked. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
