Extreme Property Recovery ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide through our forms or by phone: name, phone number, email, property suburb and postcode.
- Enquiry details: information about the property and your situation that you choose to share so we can assess the job. We understand this can be sensitive — it is treated confidentially and used only to provide our services.
- Photos you upload of the property. These are stored securely on our systems and automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Website data: like most websites we use cookies and tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure advertising. Ad-click identifiers (such as Google click IDs) may be recorded with your enquiry so we can measure which advertising works.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, assess and quote the job, and deliver our services.
- To communicate with you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share the circumstances of your enquiry with anyone outside our team, except with your consent or where required by law.
- We never publish photos of a property without the owner's written permission.
Storage & security
Your information is stored on secured Australian-hosted systems with access limited to our team. Enquiry photos are purged automatically after 30 days.
Access, correction & complaints
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting us at info@extremepropertyrecovery.com.au or 0417 862 256. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Third-party services
Our website uses services from Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and Meta (pixel). These providers process data under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalised advertising via your Google and Meta account settings.
