I'm not sure which service I need — does it matter?
Not at all. Describe the property in the free assessment (or just call) and we'll tell you straight which service fits, what it involves and what it's likely to cost. You don't need to know the terminology — that's our job.
How quickly can you respond?
We answer 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Emergencies get a crew on the way within the hour; for everything else you'll have a fixed quote within 24 hours of assessment.
How much will it cost?
Every job gets a fixed quote before we start — the number we agree is the number you pay. Each service page shows guide ranges from real jobs so you know roughly what to expect before you even call.
Will anyone know you've been to my property?
Only if you tell them. Unmarked vehicles and plain workwear are available on request, our team never discusses jobs, and your enquiry details stay private.
Do you service my suburb?

A guide, not a quote: EPR provides specialist, fixed-price services rather than hourly-rate labour. Full-home specialist cleans are often around $13,500+ depending on labour, waste volume, sanitation and access. Smaller jobs can be much less — your fixed quote comes after assessment.

Privately funded services. Extreme Property Recovery does not undertake NDIS-funded or My Aged Care-funded work. Our projects are privately funded, individually assessed and quoted on a fixed, lump-sum basis rather than an hourly rate.

Complimentary counselling support. Hoarding, squalor, bereavement and major property clear-outs can be emotionally overwhelming. EPR offers complimentary confidential counselling support to eligible clients and family members to help them through the process.
